We recently interviewed Andrew Baker owner of the Wild Peacock Food Emporium and Restaurant in Stellenbosch and MD of Wine Worx.  Andrew has used Le Verre de Vin for over seven years.   He gives us an inside view of why having a Le Verre de Vin wine preservation system is so key to his business. wild peacock2

When we asked Andrew what his motivation was in looking at a system like Le Verre de Vin, he answered : “Being passionate about wine and stocking a large range of wines, I wanted a facility offering as big a selection of top wines as possible, by the glass, to my clients.”

At the Wild Peacock Food Emporium and Restaurant Andrew finds that there is very little wine wastage and once a wine is two weeks old, they use the remaining wine in the restaurant kitchen.
